jupyter no abre un directory para ejecutar un contenedor acoplable

La window acoplable se está ejecutando y quiero ejecutar un contenedor acoplable en Windows 10. Cuando ejecuto la window acoplable de networkingacción desde el panel frontal de Windows, algunos trabajos de descarga se completan, se produce un error y no se puede ejecutar el contenedor acoplable. Parece que jupyter no puede build o abrir un directory. ¿Alguien podría ayudarme sobre este problema? La línea de command y el error es el siguiente:
